REFUND POLICY

A Legal Disclaimer

By placing an order, you agree to our refund and shipping policy. We reserve the right to decline refunds or exchanges for any customised item that is not defective or incorrect due to our own fault.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays in shipping caused by the courier.

  • Customer-supplied files that are low resolution or contain errors.

  • Misuse or mishandling of products after delivery.

Use of our Smart Digital Card (which contains NFC technology) implies acceptance that compatibility depends on the user’s device model and operating system version. All Smart Digital Cards have been tested for compatibility with most of newer Android and iOS devices.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

Custom Orders
All personalised items, including custom stamps and NFC tag-embedded products, are made to order and strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item arrives defective or we have made an error in production.

Please ensure all uploaded artwork or information is correct and high-resolution (300 dpi). We are not responsible for errors in the artwork or information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item, including clear photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement if applicable.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped with signature required for security. Production time for custom orders is 3–5 working days, and shipping typically takes 1–3 working days. However, we do not guarantee shipping timeframes, as delays may occur due to courier volume or service disruptions.
