Compatibility & manual
How to turn on NFC for android
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections or Connected devices
- Turn NFC ON
- If you can’t find NFC, use the search bar in Settings and type “NFC”.
iPhone instructions
- On most iPhones, the NFC antenna is at the top back of the phone (near the camera).
- Hold the keychain close to this area until the phone vibrates or shows the link prompt.
Android instructions
NFC antennas vary, but common spots are:
- centre at the back
- Top at the back (near camera area)
- Some Samsung models have it slightly above the middle. If tapping doesn’t work on the first spot, slide the keychain slowly downward while keeping it close to the back until the phone reads it.
If nothing happens, check:
- NFC is turned on
- The phone is unlocked
- Try moving the keychain around the phone back slowly
